We have recently carried out works, at an old NHS Doctors Surgery currently in the process of a full, modern refurbishment. Our customer had requested that we install a brand new, heating and hot water system into the surgery. As there was no local gas supply, we also installed a new supply from the neighbouring building. A new Boiler – HWS Cylinder, 12 new radiators, new pipework and first fix hot & cold supplies to each basin location within each room were fitted.
We began by cutting holes through the wall at low level, and then fitting pipes from the proposed boiler cupboard, down both sides of the building. Once the tees on flow and returns were fitted our Engineers were able to hang the radiators and connect them to the heating circuit. Once all radiators were fitted the Engineers then progressed onto installing the HWS cylinder into the store cupboard. As soon as the pipework was completed our Engineers then concentrated on the electrical components. The wiring centre and programmer were wired in at low level next to the boiler. The gas supply was then connected onto the boiler, ready to connect to the mains. Our Engineers then travelled back to site at a later date to run the gas supply through to connect to the main supply.
Another job complete & happy customer 🙂
