Over the last 2 weeks we have been attending the beautiful, Signature at Highgate, to carry out their full maintenance service visit. Highgate’s full maintenance includes their FGAS Report, Gas Safe and all other equipment serviced & maintained by our qualified Engineers.
With over 200 Indoor AC Units, and 20 Outdoor, this new luxurious 5* care home has certainly kept our FGAS Registered Engineers busy!
Indoor AC:
A service on an indoor Air Conditioning unit includes, removing the filters, cleaning the unit/filter, then adding our Atmosclear QR code to enable the unit to be easily identified on our system. We also use an app which
enables the Engineer to:
✅ Investigate if a Unit is in fault via fault codes from the app.
✅ Control the temperature of the room from their phone.
✅ Rest filter once they have been cleaned or replaced.
Outdoor AC Servicing:
When servicing a sites Daikin VRF Outdoor Units, we ensure all readings of the unit are measured, and check the amp draw. Once these measurements reach our standards and indicate no faults with the unit, we clean the units. Any dirt/debris is removed and brushed away, and coil cleaner is sprayed onto the coil to maximise airflow to the unit.
The Outdoor Air Conditioning unit plays a crucial role in cooling/heating a building, with 20 at this site! Regular maintenance and cleaning of your AC unit can significantly improve its efficiency, prolong its lifespan and help you save on energy costs.
